Normal deliveries can be anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks depending upon the manufacturers agreements with carriers. These can vary also depending upon economic conditions and carrier availability and holidays.

What are the payment terms?
USA CabinetsDirect accepts full payment prior to your order being placed. Standard payment methods are accepted using national credit cards and certified checks. If you want to save a few dollars, we can also do an ACH to your checking account.

Do dovetail, full extension drawers come with my order?
Dovetail, full extension and soft close drawers are typically an upgrade but are sometimes included by various manufacturers. Ask your cabinet specialist if this is a current promotion.

What is the warranty on the cabinets you sell?
All our cabinets are warranted against manufacturing defects to the original purchaser as long as the original purchaser resides in the home in which the cabinets were installed.

What is soft close?
Cabinet manufacturers now offer an option that allows your drawers to close softly. You only have to get the drawer started and it will close by itself in a smooth motion. Sometimes referred to as BluMotion, it is integrated with the drawer slide mechanism. It prevents the drawer or door from slamming.

Yes we can. Our business model is to provide quality cabinets at a low cost and we do this by quoting based upon an item list and layout which you supply. If a design is needed, we can provide that as well. We'll work with you to get your kitchen just the way you want it.

What are RTA Cabinets?
These are cabinet components that require the homeowner or contractor to assemble into completed cabinets. Many times they are imported from companies based in China and are not of the same quality of a US manufactured cabinet. USACabinetsDirect.com does not carry RTA's.
